The warranty does not foresee or include periodic reviews, maintenance or installation of the product.

In addition, in no case will there be a lack of conformity and therefore the legal guarantee will not apply, nor, where appropriate, the commercial guarantee, when:

-The lack of conformity corresponds to a discrepancy with the local or national safety or technical regulations of a country other than the one in which it was originally designed and produced or, where appropriate, intended for sale;

-Said product or any of its identifiers (serial number, etc.) have been, totally or partially, opened, assembled, disassembled, manipulated and / or repaired by someone other than the official technical assistance services or authorized distributors;

-The lack of conformity is the consequence of an incorrect installation (unless the installation has been carried out by the authorized seller of Geniustock or under its responsibility, or by the consumer following Sima Sounds's installation instructions);

-The lack of conformity is due to the use of accessories, chargers or consumables that are not original Geniustock and designed for the product;

-There is breakage of any of the seals of the battery casing or cells, or obvious signs of tampering with them; me

-The damages that occur in the product were caused by any cause of force majeure or acts of God.

 

Geniustock  will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for the loss of any data stored on the product.

None of the guarantees included here covers the replacement of parts due to wear or breakage of mechanisms, rubbers, housings and / or plastics, as well as aesthetic deterioration, due to the normal use of the product. In the same way, the guarantees do not cover any type of damage produced during the transport of the product (including, but not limited to, cosmetic damage, bumps, scratches, scratches, stains, dents, etc.), in which case they will be apply the provisions contained in the general contracting conditions of Geniustock  that are applicable.
